The chair is amazed at the fact that even Yoda was deceived, hiding the fact that he was Sidious. The chair has been friendly with us for many years, during which he has been searching.

Anakin is dead. The emperor has put the Jedi's survivors on the dark side to make up for his lost disciple. However, no Jedi has as strong a force as Anakin. Anakin's loss is a pain for the emperor. Anakin and Padme are dead. Therefore, the twins become orphans. If the emperor notices the survival of the twins, it is truly a victory for the Sith.
